Vision Statement for the Parish
Our vision is to build on the work of those before us in sustaining, supporting and invigorating our faith community.
Our parish will be a place where :
- We endeavour to live and promote a Christian life in harmony with God and our community
- The celebration of the Sunday Eucharist by priest and people is at the heart of parish life
- People of all ages participate in liturgical ceremonies that are uplifting, meaningful and celebrate the presence of Christ in our lives
- Each person is welcome and their unique gifts respected and valued
- Those in need in any way are cared for and supported
- Through prayer, good example and religious education we continually strive to deepen our faith and pass it on to succeeding generations
